Holding Hope Together

My specialist niche as a coach and mentor is to work with women who have experienced infidelity or intimate betrayal in their lives. Typically this is partners and spouses of men who are affected by problematic sexual behavior such as addiction to pornography, love or sex. My specialist area includes not only the partner healing journey from betrayal trauma but also the support needed for partners to either rebuild life after separation or divorce and the path to relational recovery for those who choose to stay together.

Holding Hope Coaching offers a variety of ways to meet; by Phone, Online, and Group.

How long will we work together?

There is no fixed time for the coaching/mentoring process since all people are different with their own individual needs and experiences so the average amount of time partners access coaching support varies. Initially, a commitment to 4 sessions allows time to build the relationship and work effectively together.

So we can get to know each other, I offer an initial 30-minute consultation for a small charge of £25.
